The importance of getting 5 star reviews for your business

That’s right, in today's world everyone wants to know what a business is like before they go and the fitness industry is no different. One of the best ways to show how good your business is, is with raving reviews online.

Where? The top two places you must have your business highly rated online are;

1. Google My Business
2. Facebook Ratings & Reviews (eg. https://www.facebook.com/cloudfit.tv/reviews/ )

Sharing member reviews on Instagram is another nice way to get the message out. However this won’t help a great deal when customers are searching for a fitness business in their area to join as instagram doesn't have a dedicated review feature on its platform.

As a business owner or manager you should schedule multiple times a year to generate new 5 star reviews. A great example of this is when a gym does a fitness challenge, at the end of the challenge you send out a text or email to your members simply asking them to write up a 5 star review. You or them? Raving reviews help to build a connection between a prospective member and your business before you ever meet. They can connect with other peoples reviews, people just like them, with similar fitness goals raving on about how good your business is, and in some circumstances have already made the decision to join your gym before ever stepping foot in it.
