I Trained at the Most Unapologetically Female Gym in Miamiโ€ฆ and I Completely Get the Hype ๐Ÿ‘โœจ

Sam here, with your latest gym visit! This one takes us to Miami btch ๐Ÿ˜‰ (sorry I couldnโ€™t come all the way to Miami and not make this iconic reference).

Alex and I flew in and based ourselves on Ocean Drive, South Beach. If you've never been, just know that it is as Miami as Miami gets. The art deco buildings, the palm trees, the ocean literally right there. When the weather is that beautiful and the sun is that warm, I completely get it. Your body wants to move. The city practically demands it. โ˜€๏ธ

So arriving at GluteHouse already buzzing off Miami energy? That was a very good combination.

Walking In and Immediately Losing My Mind (In the Best Way) ๐Ÿ˜

I've been inside a lot of gyms. It's kind of the job. But I have never walked into a gym branded so completely, so boldly. The whole place. And butt motivation in every single corner. Like, literally everywhere you look, there's a reminder of exactly why you're here and exactly what you're working towards. ๐Ÿ‘

There's something about walking into a space that is so unapologetically itself that it just makes you want to train harder. And the natural light flooding in from the Miami River with yachts drifting past in the background? I mean, come on. The tripods dotted around the floor so members can film their sessions and get content in that perfect light? Inspired. Adam has essentially created a gym that doubles as the best backdrop in Miami.

Alex sat down with Adam, the founder to hear the full story. Meanwhile I was busy soaking up every corner of the room taking belfies or otherwise known as โ€˜butt selfiesโ€™

The Story Behind GluteHouse ๐Ÿ’ช

GluteHouse didn't arrive fully formed. Adam opened this same space nearly ten years ago as a CrossFit gym. From there it evolved into a boot camp HIIT model. During that time they started a booty-focused class, which became their most popular by a mile. And that's when the lightbulb went off.

"We've taken the best aspects of group fitness, the vibes of group fitness, the programming and coaching of personal training, and the equipment of a big box gym, and stripped away the flaws to create a program that gives our members the tools to be extremely successful with their strength training, all with the purpose of visual and aesthetic results."

Today GluteHouse is a women's-only boutique strength training studio. Membership only. Four workouts per week, two lower body and glute focused, two upper body and core. The gym is physically split into two sides to match, with machines chosen specifically to get results.

Before members even arrive, they're in the app watching detailed video breakdowns of every movement they'll be doing, like a personal training session they can watch from their couch. Then they walk in, and there's a floor coach ready to act as a personal trainer on demand.

The whole system is designed around one thing: removing every bit of confusion, intimidation, and guesswork that has historically kept women from showing up consistently and getting the results they actually want.

What It Felt Like to Actually Train There ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ

So.. we trained. You walk in. You look up at the screen. Everything you need is right there, the movement playing on loop as a visual reminder, the name, the sets and reps, the rest time, the key cues. The timer is running. You know exactly what to do and exactly how long you have to do it.

Eight minutes at your station. Then a two-minute window, finish your last set, wipe down, rotate. Everyone moves together. The whole floor just flows.

As someone who has trained in plenty of places where you're standing around wondering what's happening next, the difference is instant. You feel in control from the moment you start. And in a studio built specifically for women who've previously felt confused or intimidated in gym environments, that feeling is everything. ๐Ÿ™Œ

Alex, who knows the system inside and out, could see immediately how all the pieces were working together on the floor. For me it was more of a this just makes complete sense moment. The screens, the timer, the coach free to actually focus on the people in front of them rather than sprinting around demoing every movement.

Adam described what it looked like before everything was on screen:

"The coach was sprinting around the room demoing movements like crazy. You were just in a pile of sweat at the end of a coaching session because you were doing so much demoing."

Now the screen handles that. The coach handles the people. Simple shift, enormous difference.

The Members Are the Real Story ๐Ÿฅน

What really got me was when Adam talked about who GluteHouse is actually built for. So many of their members came from group fitness backgrounds, doing the same thing year after year, not seeing results, genuinely wondering what they were doing wrong.

"When our members take advantage of the tools we're providing, they see the visual change and it's been game changing for countless members to finally see results after years of asking themselves, what am I doing wrong?"

That hit me. Because that's so many women's experience of fitness. Showing up consistently, working hard, and still not seeing the change they're after, not because of effort, but because of the wrong tools, the wrong information, the wrong environment.

GluteHouse exists to fix that. And when you're standing in that room, watching members train with total confidence because everything they need is right in front of them, you can see it working.

My GluteHouse Recommendation

Go. Seriously. ๐ŸŒŸ

If you're heading to Miami or honestly if you're not, you should be. GluteHouse needs to be on your list. Here's everything you need:

๐Ÿ“ Where to find them 92 SW 3rd St CU3, Miami, FL 33130 โ€” right on the Miami River, yachts and all ๐Ÿ›ฅ๏ธ.

๐Ÿ“ฑ Follow @glutehouse on Instagram (the content alone is worth it).

๐Ÿ”— Book or explore membership: glute-house.com.

๐Ÿจ Where to stay Ocean Drive, South Beach. Do not overthink it. You will not regret it. The energy of that strip, the art deco, the beach right there, it sets the tone for everything. โœจ

๐ŸŒ… While you're in Miami Get up early and move. Run along the waterfront, walk to a coffee spot, soak up that morning light before the city fully wakes up. Miami in the morning hits differently and it will make you want to train.

And then go to GluteHouse and give it everything you've got. You'll walk out feeling like the best version of yourself, which is honestly exactly what Adam built it for. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’ช
